Project introduction：
As a 388-meter high-rise building in Shenzhen, the city center is provided with one-stop service from overall planning to construction management by KPF.
According to the statistics of the World Society of Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH), the city center is the 42nd skyscraper in the world,
and the second tallest building in China in 2022 and the world in 2022.
The architectural design of the project is written by KPF, the world's super-high-rise founder. The ultra-modern facade with soaring wings, enterprising attitude
and unique dazzling tower crown design reflect the vigorous development process of Shenzhen and show the spirit of the settled enterprises.
City Center Building, located in Hongling Road, the central axis of Shenzhen, China, occupies the first row of Hongling emerging financial industry belt,
which is one of the three major financial growth poles in Shenzhen, and seamlessly links the core of Shenzhen Futian-Luohu.
With a total construction area of 180,000 square meters and a height of 388 meters, there are 70 floors above ground and 7 floors underground.
The building core tube and steel structure frame have been successfully capped, and now they have obtained LEED-CS gold-level pre-certification,
WELL-Core gold-level pre-certification and China Green Building Two-Star certification.
