Project introduction：
The project is located in the south of Shennan Road, west of Yanhe Road and east of Shenwen Road in Huangbei Street,
with a construction land area of about 07,000 ㎡ and a total construction area of 147,000 ㎡.
It integrates office, hotel and business, seamlessly connects metro lines 2 and 5, and is located at the intersection of Shennan Avenue and Yanhe Road.
The project is mainly composed of a 55-storey super high-rise building with a height of 245.35 meters. With the construction of China Resources,
it will become a landmark building on Shennan East Road in the future.
