Project introduction:
The project is located on the land adjacent to the Pearl River in the core area of White Swan Pond Industrial Financial Service Innovation Zone in the old city renewal area of Liwan, Guangzhou,
with a total land area of about 7 hectares, a total construction area of 143,800 square meters, an aboveground area of about 105,100 square meters, an underground area of about 38,700 square meters,
with 11 floors above the ground and 2 floors underground. The total length of the whole building from east to west is about 350 meters, such as a cultural aircraft carrier sailing in White Swan Pond.
The construction contents of the project include Guangdong Art Museum (including Guangdong Contemporary Art Museum), Guangdong Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition Center, Guangdong Literature Museum,
public supporting service area, underground garage and outdoor greening, road square and hydrophilic space, etc. Combined with the planning requirements of the project site,
the first and last bus stations, dock waiting hall, urban public open space and tunnel space under Etan Road are built.
